Orange County Public Schools is implementing the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program. This is an international program based out of Geneva, Switzerland. It is the goal of the International Baccalaureate to encourage students to be informed, to be tolerant, and to be willing to communicate readily with others.

The MYP encourages students to become independent learners who recognize learning within an international context and to provide students with tools to enable them to take responsibility for their own learning, thereby developing an awareness of how they learn best. The program's fundamental concepts include intercultural awareness, communication, and rigorous broad based learning. More information about the organization is located at http://www.ibo.org.

If you wish to apply to the Lee Middle School International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme, please download the application or visit the Lee Middle IB website.
